Submit the online application for admission

HCIS will call or email to set up a time for the entrance interview and written test.

Applicants will be informed of the results of their application.

Confirm start date and pay tuition.

Tuition fees are paid monthly. (Please refer to the payment schedule)
Tuition fees vary depending on the number of class hours per day.
There is no deduction for absenteeism.
There is no tuition discount.
Student admission is on a term-by-term basis, so if you do not enroll for 1 period, a progress report will not be issued that term.

Refund Policy

Get to Know Us

Before the commencement of classes = 100% refund.

After the commencement of classes:

1~5 class days – 2/3 refund of tuition fees
6~8 class days – 1/2 refund of tuition fees
After 9 class days – No Refund.
